My peaches are turning color but not yet ripe. Will they ripen inside if I pick them now?

They are not good news.............hope that you have a dog chasing them....ours peaches have been coming in for the last 2 weeks............we have picked 3 trees.  you might have to pick them or they will strip them and leave everything under your tree and just take the nut....................you can put some flat in a brown bag and double fold the ends and put a clothes pin on the end to keep it closed.............the rest you can put in cold storage or refrigeration.  good luck with your harvest.
