We had problems with those worms, if they have a horn on the top it's a horned worm. In Philadelphia, I went out with a glove and picked them and put them into a bucket of hot water & soap, and then I was afraid to use a chemical so I went inside and got some old flour and a sieve and sprinkled it over the tomatoe plants......they could not hold onto the leaves..............worked until a heavy rain. I just did it again lightly
