You can use pepper spray on anyplace that they are traveling in your yard. Automatic motion sensors that shoot water spray them. They don't like bright lights. Keep trash can sealed, and in a shed. Remove any dropped fruit. Use a tray under your bird feeder. Take in pet food. Use an enclosed comport bin, close off any places under your deck, porch or shed. store wood in a closed shed. they don't like ammonia soaked rags...don't like citrus or lemon peels. You have to check local laws before trapping............don't trap in the spring when females have babies.....seeing one by themselves all the time is most likely a male as females stay with the babies and come out during the quiet of the night.
