Absolutely! and good for you as well!  mix them with baby beet tops, arugula, letuce, kale and baby spinach for a wonderful spring tonic.  Make yourself a Vinegrette with olive oil, honey, leomon juice, salt pepper and fresh herbs from your garden.  If you add a little dijon mustard it will emulsify the dressing and bind it all together.  The oil and lemon jouice won't seperate.  Use whatever you have on hand and don't be afraid to change up your greens and dressing.  Keep planting radishes and lettuce all year!  They grow all seasons!  Beets too!.  Southern Exposure Seed Savers has wonderful all season lettuces and I have had escellent germination rates, even with seeds I have saved over 2 years!
