when transplanting a hosta to a pot does it require time to adjust since they are drooping.

I transplanted some hosta to pots, the first day they looked fine but the next day they were drooping.  It has been 4 days and they are still dropping.  I checked the pots and they do not need watering.

1. Should I water them?

2. Do they need time to adjust to the pot?

3. They are still in th same place in my yard but in a pot.

4. My mother planted some in pots sometime ago and they have been coming back for years.

5. The tempature did drop to 36  that night here in Michigan and it is still chilly but the sun is out, temp is 65 but weather predicts it will be in the 80's.
