This is my first year growing flowers, I had a problem with Japanese beetles and aphids damaging roses, I have 4 rose plants in very large brass pot ( planning to move wanted to be able to take Rose's with me) and several other pots with only one or two plants. I used a rose food that is also for insect and disease control. The kind you add to soil not spray directly. It killed everything except the 4 plants potted together. Although alive, they are not doing well. I have had some stems turn completely black and leaves yellowing and drying up, (dieing) is there anything I can do to save them? I know it would probably be easier to throw out and start over, but I I want to have something survive as my first plants. Is there anyway to save my plants before they get worse?
