What are the symptoms if I over fertilized a Calibrachoa Hanging basket?

I have to Hanging baskets and both were CALIBRACHOAS.one is stil blooming well.but the other seems to have lost some flowers mostly in the middle. This seemedto happen after I used Bloom Bursr on it I accidently spilled more than i  liters intended on it There are a few stems in one spot that look dead or overly dry.I am watering aproximately 2.5 liters per dayItt has been raining alot the last two weeks so I dont think it is getting too much sun! What can I do to heip it?
