It depends on what you mean by "good".
They are edible. They will not harm you. Do they have signs of frost burn such as a whitening where they were cut (if cut up before freezing)? They will have a lot less flavor than when they were fresh from the garden and will taste watery. If you plan on using them in a sauce I'd mix them half and half with fresh tomatoes or some good canned puree. they would be tasteless and mushy if you were to try to serve them in a salad.
