How to get rid of mushrooms growing in my new sod yard.

I had my front yard redone with sod and its growing mushrooms what household item can I use to get rid of them?

what a shame....if it's not too many...you could use straight white vinegar in an old pointed top mustard container.......................if that does not work for you...this is a fungus....and you would need to get fungicide and follow the directions on the container.............you might also want to check the side of weed & feed to see if that takes care of mushrooms.  keep children & pets away until a good rain washed it in....also whereever you bought your sod might even have a better idea.

boil some vinegar in water....put it on them carefully....it's hot don't get burned.......it will kill some grass but that will grow in.

Do you have any trees or bushes that need to be trimmed as mushrooms do not do well in sunlight.
