we are having the same problem, we planted 1 small garden and one very large garden, eventually you will be swamped with ripe tomatoes. I have one bag of frozen from last year, but we are going to make sauce and can them this year. Fried green tomatoes are delicious, I am wondering for those watching the oil, if a shake & bake method would work in the oven. You also can make pickled tomatoes with the little ones left of the bushes.
