large pot touch of salt in rolling boil of water............shuck corn......carefully put into boiling water for 2 minutes.....have big pot of ice water ready close by........use tongs and take out.........into ice bath.................then take one by one and take corn off cobs and use freezer bags and mark & freeze. Taking them off the cob gives you much more room to freeze something else.....and if you have chickens the loves the fine corn hairs...........and the cows will eat the rest...cob and cornstalks.......
