how to treat oak root fungus

i have a tree that seems to dying in our backyard.  i suspect Oak Root Fungus.  How can i save the tree?

you could try.............on a windless and sunless day................2 1/2 tablespoons

3% medical hydrogen peroxide with 1 gallon of water and spray.................

wear old clothes, hat, goggles, mask and gloves.....................use the whole amount....do not save this....................KEEP CHILDREN & PETS AWAY FROM THIS AREA UNTIL IT IS DRY.  Good luck with this tree.  There is a bore bug causing problems with the trees.
