I found the best way to replant wisteria from seed is to put it in a small plastic container with a couple of variation holes on top. Put it in a couple of inches of rich soil, damp, very shallow, quarter inch, with just a sprinkling of soil on top. Put it in the fridge for 4 to 6 weeks to simulate winter. Take it out, leave it in the plastic container and put it in a warm dry (sunny if possible ) place until it sprouts in about four weeks. Water as necessary. If you still have enough summertime left then you can try for outside planting. If not, take care of it over the winter along with your other indoor plants and transfer it out when spring gets warm.
