The tulips will bloom early. After the blooms fall off, try to keep the leaves greeen as long as possible. Continue to water them about twice a week after the blooms die. After the leaves die you can either leave them in the ground until the next season or dig up the bulbs and divide them. If you are trying to multiply the tulips then dig up and divide the bulbs. You should find several baby bulbs along with each mature bulb. If you divide them, make sure they have enough space to grow well the next season.
