when to trim aparagraqs fern

new home old aparagras plants with large green ferns. Can we cut back now for our view is spoiled

Let plant dye on its own then cut back down to 2 inchs above the ground mulch and wait until spring

You can cut them back at any time.  When they get too big just put on a long sleeved shirt and heavy gloves and cut the wayward fronds back to the base.  Unless you are in an area where it stays warm all year it will die back on it's own in the winter.  then you can cut back the yellowing fronds.
