i see a coyote in my yard with what appears to be mange...is there anything i could feed him to help

this animal appears to have mange.....is there a natural food to help

If you start feeding this animal it will come to depend on it.  I would call animal control and ask if there is any danger in it spreading and if the animal is suffering.  Above all REMEMBER this is a wild animal.  As bad as you must feel for it you cannot encourage him to hang around by feeding him.  This could cause you and your neighbors a lot of problems.  And possible endanger children or pets.  In some areas it is actually illegal to help a wild creature.

You have to call the game warden................mange is dangerous to all the dogs in the area.  Please do not feed it...............then it will want to stay and it could cause dangerous problems as mange is highly contageous.  Any siliva can transfer it and what it it bites someone who is trying to help it.  It's illegal in Pa to feed wildlife.  My B-I-L did not know that he has a red fox den by his creek, he always walked his dogs on a lease down there...........they both got the mange and they had to go thru a lot of meds to survive.

It is called sarcoptic mange and can get distember and pass scabies on to a person or pet..................
