Have a columnar blue spruce planted under the eaves of the house. It is now growing up under the eaves, bending and continuing upward. I have tried to prune it back but it continues to look awful. Would like to dig it up, but am wondering what types of roots it has. Does it have a long tap root? or several shorter roots? Does anyone know?
I do not care if tree survives or not, just need it to be gone. If it survives I will plant it elsewhere in the yard.
