I have an Endless Summer, 2nd year, that is covered with flowers. Some are very small.
I think I should cut off the small flowers so the plant can use its energy to produce bigger blossoms. My husband thinks it won't bloom again.
I have been using Miracle Gro on it, every two to four weeks, since I keep reading different instructions. I never used a long-lasting fertilizer this Spring. It had been covered with shredded leaves all winter and now has mulch around it, leaving about three inches around the stem with just soil showing. It's beautiful and I don't want to kill it!
Thanks for any advice you may offer.
Oh, I'm in southern NH, zone 5. I try to keep it evenly moist but we've had some very heavy rain periods and now, some very hot and humid weather.
