I have a large circle in my lawn that is full of mushrooms - is that a fungus???

There is a circle of mushrooms growing in the middle of my lush lawn -- about a five ft. diameter.  It is along side of a grove of large pine trees, in central Oregon.  I was told this was a fungus.  A perfectly circular fungus???

You have a fungus.  Somehow water is settling right there.  Do you have any water pipes going thru there?  Could there be a leak in a pipe?  Vinegar will kill them....and any grass near it.  Is the ground depressed..............?   New grass will grow back but you need to have someone investigate why water is setting in that place.

I think that there was a tree there before........could even be several years.........and the roots are still down there going back......................or carefully dig it out............see what is causing this.
