My garden is in San Diego, CA, about six miles inland from the coast. The pepper plants look healthy, they're loaded with buds and flowers, and everything looks very promising. Sometimes one or two peppers will set, then something changes. The tiny peppers (usually 1/4" diameter or less) and their stems turn yellow and fall off the plant. Am I watering too much? Not enough? Or is something else causing this? Two peppers per plant is not satisfactory! Thanks in advance to anyone who can help solve this problem. <:-)
