We planted 2 deodar cedars last fall, they are both about 8 feet tall. They have been doing very well, getting a lot of new growth this spring. I noticed the other day, that one of the trees is showing brown leaves (needles) toward the inside of the trunk, it's not all the way up but about 4-5 feet up the tree (the top 3 or so feet do not look affected) Is there something causing this to happen? The ends of the brances look fine it's the inner branches that are turning brown. Thx.
