rose leaves eaten away to look like lace

roses are in bloom  were healthy 3 days ago, some silver spots on top of leaf

after the sun passes.........mix 1 teasp liquid hand soap & 1 qt water and spray spray and spray and even under the plant............I am suspecting beetles....................this is the safest way to keep them away.............could be mites......................they do have beetle traps.....put them downwind from the plant to draw them away & into the bag.

Trim this in the fall .  As soon as the plant starts coming back in the spring keep spraying it with soapy water.

They do have a rose spray at the store.........cut off the effected parts and spray.............and again after a rain.
