my japanese garden junipers are turning brown right in the middle of the mound help

they are about 5 yrs old , i do use miricle grow on them ,.  i had this problem a few yrs ago and i dug them up and replanted them with more soil , so there are raise up a little for better drainage .  i thought maybe to much water .

No, its too much miricle grow!  When you feed your plants the mixture should be: 95/5, that is 95% water and only 5% miricle grow.  To save your plants, mix crushed egg shels with a solution of water, sugar and white vinigar, re: 1 gallon of water with 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of white vinigar, and the crushed egg shells.  Pour 1/4 gallon at the base of the plant, do this at mid day for 4 days.  You should see positive results within 8 to 10 days. -Birdy
