how to get rid of mushrooms without killing my grass

how do i get rid of mushrooms on my lawn,i had a big maple tree which we cut down and removed as much of the stump as posible but now i have mushrooms all over that area,what is the solution

full strength white vinegar...use a glove to move the mushroom off and into a plastic store bag on your arm.....in and old pointed mustard plastic jar put vinegar and gently squeeze into the root............that's the safest way.  I just remembered that mushrooms are a fungus.................another way is 2 1/2 tablespoons of 3% medical hydrogen peroxide in 1 gallon water and spray with mask, gloves, hat, goggles and long clothing......keep children & pets away...............use all of it.....do not save any...........rinse out your spray bottle twice.........................

Do you have any other bushes & trees that need to be trimmed in that area as mushrooms do not do well in sun.
