What is this flying [ insect ]

Question

It is tiny.Body is white and fluffy looking. Long thin legs,like a mosquito. Transparant wings.

I live near London,Ont. Canada. Saw this yesterday in my back yard.

 

JUST now. Looking at my flowers. Another [first]. Going flower to flower. mid size,transparant wings,Funny looking antenna's.

back,looks similar to a lobster-WHAT-. Long legs too. At first I thought it was a huge Bumble. But it was oblong in shape. Can you figure ,this flying ,thing,out for me also.

if you describe just like that on the computer it might give you a link to it.  a lot of strange bugs appear after a tornado,  it brings bugs in from all over the world.
