brown spots on leaves

Question

Outdoor garden. Tomato and cucumber plants both are getting brown spots on the leaves. I thought it might be grass cuttings. I used as a weed bearier, around idividual plants, though I did not use cutting around the cukes. I have tomatoes growning and cukes are blooming. Tomatoes are bigger boys, beefsteak, classic and roma.   We have had large amount of rainfall this year too, any suggestions?

 

I do rotate the crops every year, this is I believe the tenth year, at this home. garden is approx. 25'X30'

do you have good drainage in the garden..........it could be too much water.  The only thing is to cut off the yellow leaves and add some mulch under the barrier, can you do a ditch around the garden for the water to run off & away?
