is pale swallow wort posonous to humans

Vine like plants have invaded my gardens.  I believe them to be the "pale swallow-wort".  Recently, after weeding the gardens, I developed a very itchy rash on my arms, forehead, face and chest (the rash on face and torso , I believe, is from wiping persperatioon with a towel, ut the worst of the rash is on my arms and is so itchy as to keep me from sleep. I've been fighting these insideous vines for about four years now and each year it gets worse.  I pull  yank and dig up each spring and during the summe but have had no success.

Is the pale swallow-wort toxic by skin contact?

Have any suggestion as tocontrol and/or eradication of this hated vine?

wear long shirts..........gloves and long pants, heavy shoes and tough toes to fight this one............there is a double strength vinegar at some Walmarts............get a metal container boil 4 cups water add 4 cups of this double strength vinegar and add 4 cups salt............use a pouring container of your choice right on the roots. Be careful as it is going to be hot.........have you tried a weed killer right on the root?  Very poisionous, try round-up and cut off seed pods before they drop.  Must be the waxy leaves that you are allergic to.  Web says that glyphosate on cut stem is treatment & effective but labor intensive.  I would try round-up........might be easier to spray it......
