My fruitless olive tree's leaves are curling and falling off on one main branch? The rest of the tree is fine.

The tree has been in ground on a berm for about two years. It was growing fine and it was looking like a bush, so I had a tree service prune it a year ago.  During this winter we experienced a hard freeze so I attributed the dead leaves to frost damage , but I now think it is something else because it is continuing to die on that main branch. Any help would be appreciated.

You did not mention what state you live in but it must be warm.  You might need to wrap the tree if bitter weather is coming again or build a greenhouse around it...............I am thinking that something might be laying eggs on it.............after the sun goes down & the tree cools off, mix up 1 qt tap water & 2 tablespoons dawn & spray.................spray again after a rain..........it will chase anything that is on the leaves............might be real small & hard to see get under the leaves also...........also good for roses when they cool off...............
