Two lilacs live very close together- one purple the other white. The white one has leaves that are all curled up and had very stunted flowers this year. The Purple one is just fine. They TOUCH! When I unrolled one of the leaves, I found a tiny white worm-like creature inside. Most of the leaves are fine on top (except being all rolled up and yucky looking) but the bottom has what looks like black dirt on it (if this was my cat or dog, I'd say FLEAS!!!) Any ideas?
