can you net the tree.............we watch for the bees, as soon as they start to sting the peaches, pick the whole tree........spray after the sun goes down & the tree cools off...........mix 2 tablespoons danw in 1 qt water and couple drops of hot sauce and spray the THRUNK................squirrels do not like pepper.............hang some bags of freshly ground pepper like christmas tree bags on hooks...............pick a couple and see how they are..........ripe enough to eat or do they need to go into a closed paper bag.............some pick them like this and keep them cold until you want to ripen them. Squirrels are nasty little critters. On morning in Philadelphia Pa, I saw the apricots were ripe.............going to pick them after work..........came home.....changed and went right out to pick and the squirrels took every one off and left me everything but the seed............I was sick............do what you have to do to save your peaches.
