How do I get rid of hornets or yellow jackets swarming my birch trees?

These large yellow striped not paper hornets are eating the aphids on my birch tree leaves how can I get rid of them you can hear them all over the trees don't see a nest at all

Treat for asphids...............they don't like soapy water.................after the sun goes down & the tree cools off.................mix up 2 tablespoons of dawn & 1 qt of water and spray the trees, the branches & the leaves..............and around the ground.............so it again if it rains......................it won't kill them but they will move somewhere else.........so keep an eye on your other trees.......this is the safest thing to use.............that is what they used to clean the wildlife in that big oil spill.
