if poinsettia drops leaves in December due to lack of light, how can you get it to bloom again?

Large poinsettia plant was placed in a room with no sun light in December.  The plant dropped all leaves.  What can one do to bring it back to bloom again for January and February?

Hello, I just want to say stop loving your pointsettia. :)  One mistake must make is over watering it.  The pointsettia is not a plant or flowering plant.  It is a tree with leaves, and does not need much water or light during the month of December.  Wait for the soil to get about 2 inches of dry dirt.  (about to the knuckle of your pointer finger.)

Keep it away from vents, breezes, extreme changes in temperature or humidity.  I used the link below to help in my care of the Pointsettia.
