You can sautee the leaves in a large frying pan with a little sesame oi - delicious..

On Dr. Oz I saw a woman who baked the leaves in a high oven (probably 425 degrees) after tossing them in a little olive oil with a little S&P. I love roasted vegetables - I'll bet they were good. She said she ate them instead of potatoe chips - you can eat so many!
The leaves sauteed with O.O. some grainy mustard and lemon is good too.
Eat those sprout leaves!! Together or apart!
