I would like to incorperate savory into my own spagetti sauce spice recipe. Right now I use 1/2 tsp thyme, selantro and fresh Garlic and 1 tsp basil and mexican oregino. After blending with sauce and a few minutes after cooking I taste and add oregino slowly to balance flavor. The family loves it but I'm thinking savory would add "snap", especially with it's zesty peppery nature.
