You can deseed & freeze them....or make wine...or jam...or juice.....but with the juice....you have to use it in a day or boil......and can it..............or freeze it...make sure to leave a space for freezing. You also could make fruit salad. If you are going to can sugar-free jam, you have to use a sugar free mix............or just freeze the cooked cooled jam in ice cube trays. Just enough for 1 or 2 uses..........then put them into heavy duty freezer bags and get the air out, mark date & freeze.
