Well, some of my bean plants have spotty yellow areas near the vanes though doesn't yet seem to troubling the plant. My cucumber plant looks good except that it has developed yellowing leaves at the base of the plant. My tomato plants also have yellowing leaves but are not really turning brown and falling off. I did fertilze and it's better but not gone on all. I am also wondering if there is rust in my bean patch. My pepper plant also has a few yellowing leaves though this looks like it could be a paracite of a kind.
I'm relatively new at vegetable gardening and my books don't seem to answering my questions well enough. As for the weather.. I'm in Massachusetts and it's been weird with June getting WAY too much rain. July mostly scorching hot and humid and this August now feels like fall with overnight temps in the 50's. I do water regularly and from under the plants for the most part.
Any info would be helpful as I hope to provide food for my husband and myself for an entire year in the near future. I have to be a good and knowledgable gardener to do that.
Thanks for any help
Peace & Be Well
