you should have some nice peppers to pick now. I use some in salads. Or you could stuff them with mixed tuna fish or mix up meat loaf mix and add cooked rice to it and use your slow cooker with tomatoe sauce or some use tomatoe soup and cook it until done. After they cool you can package and freeze. Some pepper you can clean cut small and freeze in freezer bags and keep frozen the whole winter. We also fry garlic and take it out and put in qt containers and then clean dry & fry long peppers in olive oil for sandwich use. aMust be refrigerated or canned.
