Hi: We do this every year. Blanch leaves for about two minutes. Immediately put in ice cold water for a few minutes to cool. Drain, then squeeze out any excess moisture. We form ours into "pucks", and place them on a tray to freeze in individual serving sizes. Once frozen, we put them in bags in the deep freezer until we need them. Thaw before using, but you only need to cook them for a few minutes, and they taste like fresh. Good luck.
